These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MatchFlow, including the website, the monday.com app, and related services we make available with the product. By accessing or using MatchFlow, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and authority

You may use MatchFlow only if you can form a binding contract and are permitted to use the service under applicable law. If you use MatchFlow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Your use of MatchFlow

You may use MatchFlow only in compliance with these terms, applicable law, and the rules of any third-party platform connected to the service, including monday.com.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your account credentials secure
• making sure the boards, groups, and fields you connect are used lawfully
• maintaining accurate configuration and permissions in your monday.com account
• all activity that occurs under your account or workspace

3. Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to MatchFlow or make available through your use of the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to operate, secure, and improve MatchFlow.

You are responsible for obtaining all permissions and notices needed for the data you place into the service.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• use MatchFlow to violate law or the rights of others
• interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, boards, or systems
• reverse engineer or copy the service except as allowed by law
• use the service to transmit malware, spam, or fraudulent content

5. Third-party services

MatchFlow may depend on or interoperate with third-party services, including monday.com. Your use of those services is governed by their separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or for outages, changes, or actions taken by those providers.

6. Intellectual property

MatchFlow, including its software, branding, documentation, and related materials, is owned by its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service during the period your access is permitted.

7. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about MatchFlow, we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Disclaimers

MatchFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, or that it will meet every specific workflow or compliance requirement you may have.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchFlow and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of MatchFlow and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers for all claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MatchFlow if we reasonably believe:

• you violated these terms
• your use creates security, legal, or operational risk
• continued access could harm the service or other users

You may stop using MatchFlow at any time.

11. Changes to the service or terms

We may modify the service or these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may provide notice through the service, the website, or another reasonable method. Your continued use after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
