This Privacy Policy explains how MatchFlow collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the MatchFlow website, the monday.com app, and related services.
1. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- account and contact information, such as names, email addresses, and organization details
- configuration and usage data related to your use of MatchFlow within monday.com
- board, group, item, and field data that you connect to the service
- technical data such as device, browser, IP address, logs, and diagnostic information
2. How we use information
We may use information to:
- provide, operate, and maintain MatchFlow
- authenticate users and manage access to the service
- process routing, configuration, and related product functions
- monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability
- respond to support requests and communicate about the service
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
3. Customer data and role of the parties
When you use MatchFlow through monday.com, the organization using the service is generally responsible for the data made available to MatchFlow through that workspace. MatchFlow processes that data to provide the service in accordance with customer instructions, product configuration, and applicable agreements.
4. How we share information
We may share information:
- with service providers that help us operate, secure, support, or host MatchFlow
- with monday.com and other third-party services when needed for the service to function
- when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request
- to protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of MatchFlow, our users, or others
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets
We do not sell personal information.
Current subprocessors and third-party services include:
- monday.com (
monday.com,api.monday.com, andauth.monday.com), for app installation, OAuth, session authentication, board and user data access, webhook registration, and writing routing results back to the configured board - Amazon Web Services (AWS) (
amazonaws.comservice endpoints), including CloudFront, S3, Lambda, RDS, SQS, Systems Manager Parameter Store, Secrets Manager, KMS, CloudWatch, Route 53, Cognito, and SNS, for hosting, storage, database, background jobs, secrets, logging, DNS, admin authentication, and operational alerts - Formspree (
formspree.io), for the public website contact form; this is not used by the embedded monday.com app runtime - Fastmail (
messagingengine.com), for business email and support communications - PostHog, for product analytics and usage insights if product analytics are enabled
We do not use third-party advertising platforms or ad trackers in the embedded monday.com app.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain appropriate business records.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal data.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to receive a copy of it in a portable format.
If you use MatchFlow through an organization, you may need to contact that organization first regarding your data and related requests.
9. Third-party services
MatchFlow integrates with third-party platforms, including monday.com. Their collection and handling of information are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we may provide notice through the service, the website, or another reasonable method. The updated version becomes effective on the date stated at the top of the policy.
